Refund Policy

There are NO refunds on tickets. Double check your dates and times. There are NO refunds, gift certificates or vouchers for accidental purchases.

Subscribers may exchange tickets for another performance of the same production, subject to availability at no charge. Comparable seating cannot be guaranteed.

Single Ticket Purchases may be exchanged for another performance of the same production for a fee of $3.00/per ticket. Comparable seating cannot be guaranteed.

If you have your tickets – emailed or printed - they must be returned to the box office prior to the exchange.

In all cases Tickets must be exchanged no later than 24 hours prior to a performance date. Tickets cannot be exchanged on the day of a performance or after a performance has occurred.

Cancellation Policy

If Surflight Theatre cancels a performance due to weather, power failure or any other reason, a refund or exchange may be offered. Long Beach Island flooding will not result in a ticket exchange if you are not a subscriber unless the Long Beach Island and/or Beach Haven police have deemed LBI impassable and declared a State of Emergency for Long Beach Island.
