Featured: Chip Chantry is a stand up comedian, television writer and actor. He recently released Move Closer, his first stand up special, following his role as Kyle the Liar on the Netflix series Tires. Formerly a 4th grade teacher, Chip Chantry left the classroom to pursue a successful career as a comedian, touring nationally and opening for acts such as Dave Chappelle, Bob Saget, Gary Gulman, Louis CK and Tig Notaro. Coming up in the Philadelphia comedy scene, Chip won Helium Comedy Club’s “Philly’s Phunniest” contest, and was named “Best Comedian in Philly” by Philadelphia Magazine. With his sharp writing and energetic stage presence, Chip keeps audiences on their toes, shifting easily from hard-hitting one-liners to well-crafted storytelling.
